Fitter/Finisher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Fitter/Finisher Technician to support our on-site installation activities. What would be your responsibilities?

• Ensure on-site safety by applying best practices, proactively identifying risks, and adhering to STOP and GO principles.

• Coordinate daily installation activities through effective communication with the customer and continuous collaboration with the Field Supervisor.

• Manage the installation environment, ensuring proper reception, inspection, and secure storage of delivered materials and equipment.

• Execute equipment installation according to predefined method instructions and schedules, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness in line with KONE installation methods.

• Monitor and report installation progress to the Field Supervisor, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.

• Maintain installation tools in safe, functional condition and ensure proper site handling practices.

• Promote and contribute to product and process improvements by providing quality feedback to the supply line.

• Respond swiftly to unexpected events by promptly informing the Field Supervisor and taking appropriate action.

• Apply lean principles to minimize work interruptions and actively participate in daily huddles and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements for candidates

• Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics or mechanics – minimum secondary technical education.

• Driving license

• Advantage: Previous experience and qualification in the field of elevators.

• Advantage: Use of English

• Advantage: Computer skills
