What kind of data do we process?

Before there is a “like”, the only information that will be publicly visible on your profile for other users of the platform will be your experience, education, skills and languages.

Your name, contact details, your resume and other additional information will only become visible to potential employers once you “like” their profile and they “like” yours as well.

Corporate profile
Еmployers seeking candidates can create a corporate profile, with the information gathered being their email address, names and telephone number. You do not need to provide additional information on your profile; However, profile information helps you get more out of our services by helping job applicants find you and pick your organisation over other ones. If you want to see more  information about a potential candidate and you like their summary presented, you have to “like” the candidate.  Only once the candidate likes your company’s profile as well will you be able to see all of their information.

Publishing and uploading
We collect personal information from you when you submit, publish, or upload it to our Platform, for example, when filling out a form (such as demographics or salary), respond to a survey, or submit a resume. You do not need to post or upload any other type of personal information, although not doing so may limit the possibility of your account being promoted.

Information shown on your profile
Personal information for each candidate such as: names: contact information, resume, and more, becomes visible to the prospective employer only if there is a “match” between the applicant and the company seeking candidates.

Chat with employers
Employers, whose job ad you have applied for, have the opportunity to send you messages related to your application, which you can reply to. We are not responsible for the content of these messages.

Usage of the service
We record data usage when you visit or use our Services (including our sites, application technology and platforms) (e.g., our off-site plugins)), such as when you search, install or update one of our mobile applications or apply for work. We use inputs, cookies, device information and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to identify you and record your use.

Our services allow you to keep in touch and get in touch with job applicants, employers and other professional contacts. In order to be able to do so, you will have to “like” the professionals you want to contact and respectively, they also have to “like” you. When you match with other members, you will be able to exchange information with each other in order to offer a job, apply for work, or exchange professional opportunities. It is your choice whether to like another members’ profile.

Our services allow you to explore career opportunities, to seek and to find opportunities for such development. Your account can be found by those who are looking to hire (for a job or a specific task) or be hired by you. We will use your information to recommend jobs, to show you and others who work in a company, industry, position or location, or have certain skills and characteristics. We will use your information to recommend work to you. Keeping your profile accurate and up-to-date can help you connect with others and provides you with a wider range of opportunities, offered by our Platform.

We do not use direct marketing, and in the future, if we start doing so, we will ask for your consent.

Who do we share your data with?

We use the services of companies that help us carry out our business (such as support, analysis, audit, payments, fraud detection, marketing and development).
They will have access to your information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf and shall not disclose or use it for any other purpose. When submitting data to an employer, he becomes the Administrator of your personal data and is responsible for it. It is important to keep in mind that although this data may be technologically stored on our infrastructure, under the Regulation only the Administrator (Employer) has the right to use it. For this reason, you should send requests directly to the Employer regarding applications you have already submitted.

When do we delete your personal data?

We will store your personal information for as long as your account exists for or as long as it is required in order for us to provide you with the Services. Your data will be deleted when you remove your data and / or close your account.

Access Rights and control over your personal dataYou can access or delete your personal information.

Data deletion: You may ask us to delete some or all of your personal information.Deleting CVs, files and other documents. You can delete CVs, files and other documents stored in your account at any time. This does not lead to the deletion of documents already submitted as part of an application. To do this, use the application deletion feature.

When you close your account, all your applications are removed from the accounts of the companies in which you applied. Thus this may make it impossible for your applications to be taken into account during the candidate selection process in the case you wanted your application to be taken into consideration. Deletion applies only to applications stored on the Site. The Employer may have printed or stored copies of your application off the Site.

If you want to download and store the data found in your account, you must do so before deactivating it.

Data change or data correction: You can edit some of your personal information through your account. You may also ask us to change, update or correct your information in certain cases, especially if it is inaccurate.

Data Restriction: You may request that we delete all or some of your personal information (e.g. if we have no legal right to continue using it) or restrict our use of it (e.g. if your personal data is inaccurate).

Right to Access and / or Receiving Data: You may ask us for a copy of your personal data or request it in a digital format.

Deleting data and closing your account
You have the right to delete your data at any time as well as to deactivate your account after unmarking the “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” button in your account settings.

If you choose to delete your account, your personal information will usually cease to be visible to others in our services within 24 hours. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the account deletion.

The information that you have shared with others will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your own profile or mailbox. We also do not control the data that other members have copied outside of our services. Your profile may continue to appear on the services of others (e.g., search results) until they refresh their cache.
