About TheyDo
We’re TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organisation. Founded in 2019, we are the leading journey management platform, on a mission to make the customer journey the most powerful business tool there is.
In March 2024 we announced our latest funding round worth $34 million. Combined with our Series A raise in 2022 it takes our total investment to just under $50 million. Our angel investors include executives from Intercom, Miro, OpenAI, Amplitude, Slack, Airtable and more.
We support and partner with renowned enterprise organizations such as Cisco, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Home Depot and Polestar, helping them manage their complex journeys and optimize them for efficient growth, removing the need for constant transformation.
We kicked off 2025 with a global team of 80 TheyDoers, representing over 30 nationalities across 20 countries.
This is just the beginning. Join our exciting journey as we make the Customer Journey the most powerful business tool there is
Shape the future of journey management as our Staff Product Designer
At TheyDo, we believe the customer journey is the most powerful business tool there is. We're on a mission to help teams design smarter, act faster, and stay aligned by managing journeys, not projects.
Now we’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead bold design thinking across complex challenges and elevate our product to the next level.
This isn’t just another design role. You will define the vision and strategy for how teams turn journey data into insights, influence core product decisions, and drive a design-first approach across our metrics, reporting, and data experiences.
What You’ll Do
As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll drive the design vision for our journey-centric strategy, helping shape how organizations make decisions through data and insight.
You will:
Own end-to-end design for our data-focused initiatives across metrics, reporting, and insight visualizations that drives intelligent decision making
Collaborate deeply with product and engineering leadership to set direction and ship cohesive experiences across multiple areas for our Data team.
Drive design from ambiguity to execution, navigating problem spaces that require deep systems thinking, breadth of creativity, and intuition for key alignment moments.
Work in all levels of fidelities, balancing speed with craft to learn what works through user insight and iteration.
Mentor and uplift other designers by providing clarity, coaching, and thoughtful critique that pushes the team’s bar for quality.
Shape our design culture by evolving our design system to scale both product functionality and design excellence, refine our collaboration processes, and contribute to an environment where we can amplify each other’s strengths.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced designer who:
Thinks in systems and acts like a product owner, you connect the dots between user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Thrives in ambiguity and is energized by navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Designs end-to-end, from the broad architecture of an experience to the micro-interactions that bring it to life.
Energized by new AI tooling who is eager to translate ideas into working prototypes using tools like, Lovable, Vercel, Figma, and etc.
Has deep design intuition, with a strong point of view on when to invent and when to rely on proven patterns.
Communicates with clarity, using storytelling, prototyping, and data to bring others along.
Has led design in high-growth environments, ideally from Series B onward, and knows how to scale impact without increasing complexity.
Lifts up others, and is seen as a go-to for unblocking ambiguity, elevating craft, and creating alignment.
