You’ll be helping company executives, customer experience teams and product teams assess and adopt journey management at scale in their organizations.<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You run your territory like a business. You are responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from ensuring you have enough pipeline to closing new deals to cultivating expansion</li><li>Develop a strategic approach to nurture and accelerate conversion of key prospect accounts and build a robust sales pipeline</li><li>Understand the unique challenges and goals of enterprise clients</li><li>Articulate the TheyDo value proposition and proactively drive your opportunities through the buying journey from discovery to demo to consensus building to formalization</li><li>Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level execs</li><li>Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, SDR, Customer Success and Enablement to ensure a seamless customer experience</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets</li><li>Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to drive consistent results</li><li>Communicating transparently - as we are remote, using asynchronous messaging to keep people in the loop is essential</li><li>Communicate your insights with the product team so they can act on this </li></ul><h2>What we’re looking for </h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>8+ years of B2B SaaS AE experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on Enterprise segment</li><li>You need to have a track record of exceeding &gt;$1m annual quotas and consistently demonstrated that you can close mid / high 6 figure deals </li><li>Experience in value-selling and strategic sales methodologies</li><li>Experience managing multiple stakeholders at large Enterprise organisations</li><li>Experience and confidence selling to C-level execs at enterprise organisations virtually and in person where necessary</li><li>Experience navigating complex procurement processes with a diligent and controlled approach</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders</li><li>If one thing describes you, it is grit. That’s where you come in.<h2>What you'll do</h2>You’ll be the first in-house Management Accountant at TheyDo, taking over from an external provider. You’ll bring order to our financial processes, ensure Dutch compliance, and help the business operate with confidence.This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role. You’ll lead the day-to-day finance operations, handle Dutch compliance, and make sure the numbers are right ensuring the business continues to run smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Running month-end reporting and bookkeeping.</li><li>Producing accurate profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Managing employee expenses across multiple regions.</li><li>Owning invoicing and collections from our customers.</li><li>Supporting Dutch tax filings and compliance.</li><li>Keeping our financial models accurate and useful (with leadership support).</li></ul>This role is hands-on and foundational, perfect for someone excited to set up processes from scratch. <h2>What we're looking for</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Solid Dutch GAAP and tax experience</li><li>A recognised accounting qualification</li><li>2–4 years of post-qualification experience.</li><li>Startup/scale up experience (essential for understanding how we operate).</li><li>Experience using NetSuite. </li></ul><h2>You’ll thrive here if…</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You like building from the ground up, taking messy or undefined processes and making them clean.</li><li>You’re happy in the grey areas.
