Learn more about this opportunity to boost the growth of the markets, the business and of course yourself!Get into the playground with your knowledge and experience to build up the local commercial plan within the APAC region by translating and aligning with the global commercial strategy!Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and drive the implementation of the 3-year channel strategy within the Business Unit (BU)</li><li>Lead global processes and commercial planning through delivery of the Regional Market Group Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP), Customer Business Planning (CBP) governance and the annual Customer Pulse</li><li>Lead and drive the portfolio differentiation and segmentation strategy in partnership with APAC Regional and respective marketing teams</li><li>Support optimization of trade investments in the BU via the implementation of the customer segmentation model and Multi-Channel Pricing framework (partnering with Finance)</li><li>Lead all aspects of the implementation of Globally developed Sales tech, tools and processes via a clear organisational change deployment programme</li><li>Partner with JP finance to lead the Business Unit Trade Investment Review and budget management processes</li><li>Develop and deploy sales training capability agenda for the BU Sales Team.</li><li>Contribute to the BU commercial agenda as part of the JP BU Leadership Team</li><li>Work with the newly developed Global to Regional Commercial Development function demonstrating direction and support from the Channel &amp; Functional collaborators</li><li>Partner cross functionally with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business initiatives</li></ul>Play your part in the success of the APAC Regional Commercial Development Function and drive the JP BU Commercial Agenda.The APAC Regional Commercial Development function is responsible for translating the Global Commercial Development (GCD) agenda into regional priorities in addition to identifying specific APAC plans and initiatives aligned to the global commercial strategy. This includes working in the BU to build and implement the commercial plans locally.The RCD responsibilities include channel strategy and expansion, sales processes and planning, portfolio differentiation and segmentation, revenue management, sales capability building plus the deployment of sales tools and system planning.Do you have what it takes:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred</li><li>Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial Consultancy and/or Customer Marketing roles</li><li>Experience in Consumer Goods companies an advantage</li><li>Ability to manage collaborators at all levels, playing both a challenger and supporter role</li><li>Capable of providing strategic sparring</li><li>Strategic approach with strong commercial competence</li><li>Self-starter with an ability to work through ambiguity</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Experience working in Japan or other APAC markets an asset</li><li>Some international travel required</li><li>Fluency in both written and oral English with excellent verbal and written skills</li></ul>#LI-FH1Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
