Littlehey is a prison near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for men convicted of a sex offence

Shift Pattern: 37 Hours per week

The shift patterns can be from the below:

Early - anything from 7am - 13.45

Main - anything from 7am - 17.30

Late - 12.15 - 21.00

A Shifts (all day) - anything from 7am - 21.00

Nights Mon-Fri - 20.30 - 07.30 (Followed by a week off if a full set is completed)

Hourly Rate: £14.97; Overtime weekdays £21.71; Overtime weekends £26.95

Please note that you will be expected to work days, evenings and nights, although we can consider those who would prefer working a constant night shift only.

Please also note that this is a temporary contract with an estimated end date of mid - 2026

Key responsibilities:

• Manage entry/exit and searches at the gate
• Escort contractors, vehicles, and prisoners
• Monitor CCTV, report suspicious activity
• Process visitors and oversee mail censorship
• Assist with prisoner processing and food delivery
