Mission
3D Printing is a strategic segment for HP, expected to drive future growth of the company.
The 3D Printing Customer Experience lead role is critical to support the new Omnichannel business model. He/she is the E2E Sales Operations Coordinator across eBusiness, Quote to Cash and Post-Sales Support, representing a single point of contact for the customer/partner for all sales operations issues. He/She works with Sales, Business unit, Supply Chain, Services, Finance, Legal, C&C, Bid desk just as several other support organizations to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer/partner experience.
We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate with strong customer mindset and problem-solving skills, with experience across different operational areas.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as a SPOC (Single point of contact) in all quote to cash tools and processes for the 3D Sales/Category teams. Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes
- Support and provide guidance to Regional Sales & Category teams with seamless Quote to Cash processes for Direct and Indirect sales
- Ensure adherence to HP policies and compliance
- Scope includes: HW Direct, HW Indirect, Aftermarket Products and consumables including all 3D platforms
Direct & Indirect GTM Support Main Tasks
- On-boarding new partners based on business request
- Provide/Coordinate the necessary training for partner
- New direct customer acct set up in system
- Facilitate Credit & Collection and customer net terms account approvals
- Ensure opportunities are updated with the corresponding sales stage information
- Receive order & validate order vs OPG, coordination with SC/OM for order entry
- Coordinate with SC for in-country process requirement (example custom permit)
- Attend Partner/Customer request (e.g. order status, delivery status….)
- Provide order/shipment information to FSE when required for preparing site installation
- Revenue Recognition: escalate non-standard deals to Finance for GRRO involvement
- Verify the rebate submission & work accordingly with respective team if there is any discrepancy
- Receive physical claim request from Customer/Partner -> warranty check (new) -> coordination with SC/OM team for execution
- Facilitate disputes, settlements
- Conduct the regular operational meeting to understand partner need/challenges & update with latest operational changes if there is any
- Ensuring Customer/Partner provide forecast timely to update the SMARTSHEET for business and SC further action
Education and experience required:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced understanding of HPs core processes and customer requirements
- Broad operations background, AOM, CSSM or SC experience is an advantage
- 3D Printing experience is an advantage
