Responsibilities

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The sales coordinator will support the Spec Gas team in their day to day activity and help them grow the business.

Sales support

  • Assist the sales team with day to day operations such as pricing set up, monitoring order follow-up, etc.

  • Support in RFQ and commercial proposals

  • Support during the annual increase exercise

  • Respond to customer requests (report, contract, certificate, etc)

  • Provide training and manage the onboarding of new team members (processes, tools, etc)

  • Act as a liaison between the sales, supply chain and operations department to ensure follow up on key projects to drive sales growth

Analysis and reporting

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare report

  • Analyze market trend and sales data

Requirements and Education

  • Bachelor degree business administration, marketing or sales management

  • CRM software (Salesforce)

  • Knowledge of Google Tools (document spreadsheet)

  • Master of BI tools (Power BI)
