Position: Retail Sales Manager Nordics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail sales team and manage C-level relations at retail partners.

  • Develop and implement the Nordic Retail Sales strategy.

  • Track sales reporting, forecast, inventory management, and sales analysis.

  • Ensure top-class communication for the full virtual Consumer team and key stakeholders in marketing and category.

  • Weekly reporting into the HP region (NWE).

  • Manage the creation of collaborative joint retail marketing plans and execution of retailer account plans.

Education & Experience:

  • University or bachelor’s degree.

  • Solid experience in sales management towards retail partners in a complex environment.

  • Solid experience in the IT industry.

  • 5-10 years of experience working with IT/CES retailers.

  • Ideally 3-5 years of sales management experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel landscape in the Nordics.

  • Business planning skills, multidimensional.

  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable managing high complexity business planning and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills in senior management internally and externally.

  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.

  • Online savvy.

  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

  • Leadership skills and cross-functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing, ops).

  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages, Norwegian language skills is preferred.
