Job Summary
This position leverages a comprehensive understanding of the organisation's print products and industry to create tailored solutions for clients, fostering strong customer relationships. The role is pivotal in leading print transactional and contractual sales and negotiations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaboration(Virtual team management) is key, working closely with Enterprise Account Managers (Sales Territories), Internal Sales Teams, Pursuit/Bid management Teams, and Customer Success Managers. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, collecting client feedback, and staying updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights for HP Print Solutions, managed services, and product enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the organiaation's Print products or services, as well as the industry to effectively position the offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Researches and identifies potential leads, making initial contact, and nurturing relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Establishes professional and consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives, by gaining an in-depth understanding of their unique business needs.
  • Engages with clients to design customised solutions for their unique business needs in collaboration with product experts and engineers.
  • Concentrates on growing contract renewals for mid-to-large accounts, emphasizing higher total contract value.
  • Engages in negotiations with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial agreements by addressing objections and negotiating contract terms and pricing.
  • Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities and provides insights to the internal teams contributing to the development of sales strategies.
  • Gathers and relays feedback from clients to the internal teams to help refine existing offerings and guide the development of new products or features.
  • Monitors sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess individual and team performance by tracking conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.



Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
