Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate data-driven insights through compelling visualizations and presentations. Responsibilities Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis: Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.), clean and validate it to ensure accuracy, and prepare it for analysis. Employ analytical methods to scrutinize data sets. Identify significant trends, patterns, and relationships that can inform business strategies. Building clear and concise reports, presentations, messages, and visualizations that convey the intended message and communicate insights to collaborators. Crafting Content: Leading the content lifecycle management from conceptualization, crafting, and editing through to approvals, distribution, measurement, and maintenance, participating in the development of a content strategy. Work together: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive(s). Engage closely with various collaborators such as finance, operations, and management. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s). Understand their specific data needs and deliver relevant analyses that support departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience visual communication field and/or in an analytical field. Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge and experience with databases, Excel, and advanced data visualization/presentation tools. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex data insights in an accessible and engaging manner. Analysis: Use of statistical methods to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships in data. Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI): Able to create interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards that make complex data easy to understand and interpret. Able to create presentations, posters, and other visual messages that are informative and visually attractive.
