Description -

Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's facilities across all sites in a geography. The role provides mentorship to managers and individual contributors in order to drive successful facilities services programs and projects. The role works at a strategic level with strong influencing skills while having the facility services technical expertise to advise and consult at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities
• Oversees facilities services across all sites in a geography of significant complexity.
• Leads an organization of managers and individual contributors for a business function by setting overall initiatives, allocating resources for facilities services programs and projects, and ensuring their timely and effective delivery.
• Spearheads the completion of specific projects assigned, as planned to meet facilities services goals.
• Ensures that facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations across all sites of that geography.
• Leads the development of policies and procedures to drive operational performance of service providers.
• Accounts for a country or sub-region budget and develops quality improvement, efficiency and/or cost saving strategies.
• Consults with and influences senior management at the sub-region, region, or global level; leads the development of strategies to drive the long-term success of the function.
• Provides facilities services support and technical guidance for new and existing processes and tasks across all sites.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in General Education, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in facilities maintenance, office services, facilities operations, or a related field.
