Cylinder tester

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are currently looking for an operator responsible for the maintenance and repair of cylinders (compressed gas) while respecting safety requirements in order to meet customer expectations and ensure efficient operations.

The work schedule is 12 hours a day, rotating day and night (2 weeks of day / 1 week of night), with weekends off and the possibility of overtime.

Excellent salary conditions are offered for this position!

• Perform external and internal quality control inspection of acetylene and propylene cylinders.

• Perform visual checks of cylinders against labels, weigh and sort cylinders.

• Empty residual gas from cylinders, inspect, classify, paint, validate labels, replace and/or repair defective components.

• Complete required documentation and integrate cylinders into computerized tracking system.

• Load and unload trailers using forklift.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• You have a high school diploma or other relevant training.

• You have good experience in an industrial environment.

• You are able to work on your feet for long periods and enjoy physical work.

• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

• Safety is one of your core values.

• You have a license or experience in forklift driving.

• Asset: you have worked in the compressed gas industry.
