Responsibilities

The Global OOH & Partnership Executive will be dedicated to a key luxury client and be supporting Outdoor media and Partnership creation across the different brands, liaising with the key stakeholders and markets to deliver the best possible value for our client.




This role will be managing all aspects of Outdoor and Partnership creation for the client

Helping define and implement the strategic vision,

Supporting annual global and local negotiations and driving group deals,

Leverage of new opportunities, technologies and services,

Relationships and intelligence on key partners,

Management and creation of joint business plans (JBP’s)

Close monitoring and tracking of deals performance to feed into the wider Trading Strategy


This is a client facing role that requires to meet frequently and build trusted relationship with central clients, with the different Maisons of the group, as well as with key global & local partners and internal teams on both Outdoor and Global Partnership matters.

The role will have dual reporting into Clémence Levieille (Global Client Director in London) and Remy Le Blanc (Global OOH Director in Paris).

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities 

  • Drive, coordinate and track all details of group OOH & JBP deals 

  • Coordinate and track spend details with key partners in markets 

  • Work closely with local markets to support the delivery of best-in class recommendations 

  • Manage internal and external data: media investments, media plans and value driven for all brands 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the key OOH and JBP partners 

  • Share and drive regular updates for brands covering OOH innovations and technology/data partners to accelerate planning and performance  

 

Professional Skills 

  • Basic Level of Media experience and understanding is preferable 

  • Knowledge of and passion for media and advertising  

  • Highly motivated and results driven with strong attention to details 

  • Able to balance integrity, resilience, and diplomacy to convince and influence clients 

  • Positive and relationship driven  

  • A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented  

  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively 

  • Able to interact with people at all levels of an organization 

  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
