We’re seeking a strategic Employer Brand and Event Manager to grow Sofia Stars’ employer brand in Bulgaria. You’ll be part of a strong HR & People department. You'll drive brand awareness, reduce time-to-hire, and boost candidate engagement through compelling content, campaigns, and events. Working cross-functionally, you’ll bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategy aligned with business goals and EVP;
  • Run multi-channel campaigns and manage content across platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn;
  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including branded job packs and career site content;
  • Plan and deliver employer brand events of all sizes;
  • Activate brand ambassadors and coordinate speaking opportunities;
  • Monitor brand reputation and manage award submissions (e.g., Great Place to Work);
  • Support internal comms aligned with employer brand messaging.

✅ Key Objectives

  • Boost brand perception and awareness;
  • Reduce time-to-hire for key roles;
  • Improve visibility through engaging content and events;
  • Equip recruiters with scalable branding tools.

Qualifications & Experience

✔️ Essential:

  • Experience in employer branding, content, or recruitment marketing;
  • Excellent writing/editing skills with strong visual sense;
  • Familiarity with job platforms, content tools, and AI solutions;
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Preferred:

  • HR or recruitment marketing background;
    Design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma);
  • Experience with event or vendor management.

KPIs

  • Brand perception and platform ratings;
  • Reduced time-to-hire;
  • Content engagement and campaign effectiveness;
  • Event participation;
  • Referral and internal engagement impact.
