Responsibilities
Accenture is looking for a marketing expert to join our Strategy & Consulting team. This role focuses on attracting top young talent and strengthening our engagement with students, student clubs, and universities.
In this position, you'll play a key role in revising and developing marketing strategies, creating communication plans, engaging with student talent, and organizing events with universities and student organizations. We need someone with proven experience in marketing, communication strategies, event organization, and collaborating closely with student organizations and universities. You'll be supported by a liaison from the Strategy & Consulting service to assist with all ongoing activities.
Responsibilities:
Revise and Develop Marketing & Communication Strategies
Analyze and improve existing communication strategies with universities and student clubs.
Provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of Accenture's messaging to students and young talent.
Talent Attraction Initiatives
Create strategies to attract young talent by leveraging relationships with universities and student groups.
Develop campaigns to raise awareness of career opportunities at Accenture among students and graduates.
Event Organization
Plan and organize events to engage students, promote Accenture's brand, and showcase career opportunities.
Manage logistics, coordination, and communication for university- or Accenture office-based events, career fairs, workshops, and presentations.
Support Communication Efforts
Design and implement communication materials such as newsletters, social media posts, and other promotional content.
Requirements:
Czech/Slovak language (native/C2)
English language (B2/C1)
University degree
Proven experience in marketing and communication strategies, particularly focused on engaging students and academic institutions.
Expertise in attracting young talent through innovative recruitment marketing and communication.
Strong understanding of the latest trends in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Experience in organizing and managing events.
