Air Liquide Canada is looking for a talented and motivated E-commerce Catalog Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online product catalog (PIM). You'll be responsible for creating and updating accurate and engaging product information, to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Catalog Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development of this customer-centric strategy through in-depth support and continuous improvements to our catalog on our e-commerce site.

Are you a MATCH?

More specifically, as a catalog specialist, you will be responsible for :

• PIM management and optimization: You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of product data in our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Merchandising strategy: You will implement an effective merchandising strategy to maximize online sales. This includes categorizing products, creating product families, highlighting flagship products and managing promotions.
• Product content optimization: You'll write clear, concise and SEO-optimized product sheets. You'll use relevant keywords and enrich content with quality images and videos.
• Performance analysis: You'll analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your work and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration with teams: You will work closely with the marketing, sales, logistics and IT teams to ensure consistency of product information and optimize processes.

Profile required:

You are passionate about e-commerce and have an excellent understanding of the issues involved in managing product catalogs. You are rigorous, organized and have a strong analytical mind.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of PIM tools (specify if possible)
• Knowledge of content creation tools (CMS, image editing software)
• Knowledge of web analysis tools (Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of SEO
• Personal qualities: attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects, creativity and proactivity, good written and oral communication skills
