Responsibilities

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As part of the digital marketing team and under the supervision of the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing, we are currently seeking an SEO/SEM Attraction Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for all aspects of paid media for the e-commerce site, including strategic media planning, budgeting, execution and optimization striving to strengthen the brand and drive high performance specifically for marketing programs and omnichannel initiatives.

The SEO/SEM Attraction Marketing Specialist will have 2 main roles within Air Liquide Canada:

  • Drive traffic and increase audience on the E-commerce site
  • Ensure that all digital content is search optimized

The SEO/SEM Specialist will also be responsible for increasing organic traffic by optimizing website content and developing a solid SEO strategy 

  • Support the marketing team's initiatives and programs to maximize traffic, sales and lead generation
  • Ensure consistency with other team projects to optimize the online customer journey
  • Implement and manage integrated media plans that will achieve set objectives, across all online and offline channels
  • Report on results of media buys and make optimization recommendations
  • Develop optimization strategies that improve search results for our airliquide. ca
  • Establish SEO strategy and validate product specifics, content with marketing team stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

A strong analytical marketing strategist who focuses on details, can communicate ideas effectively and has the drive to use data to make a significant impact across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies. Success will be measured by increased traffic and lead generation on our website, particularly via organic traffic and paid campaigns.

Requirements :

Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications.

Experience: 5 years or more experience in a relevant field.

Education: Marketing, e-Commerce, Communication, Administration

Knowledge: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Suite, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Master of any SEO tools (semrush etc.), Search console, Paid tools, GTM, Google Shopping, Render SEO

Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
