We are looking for a Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in Spain!

What you'll do:
- Execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage a global communications calendar, ensuring alignment across all channels.
- Oversee PR and communications tools in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
- Lead internal communication efforts, including newsletters, company-wide updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage media relationships and drive PR initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
- Align regional PR agencies with global strategies and guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across external communication materials, including website content, presentations, and publications.
- Lead content strategy and ensure consistent storytelling across digital and traditional platforms.
- Oversee social media strategy, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Monitor social listening, manage online reputation, and respond to public engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media and communication performance.
- Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Track and analyze communication metrics, providing reports on effectiveness.
What you need for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Experience with PR tools, media monitoring, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Meltwater, Mailchimp, PR Newswire).
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally.
