Logistics Operations System Specialist for H&M 3PL Logistics Site – full-time – permanent

We are currently seeking a Logistics Operations System Specialist to join our new H&M 3PL distribution center, focused on retail replenishment, in Ploiesti, Romania.

As part of a team of Logistics Operations System Specialists, you enhance operational efficiency by not only training the logistics team on the Warehouse Management System but also by supporting system performance. Your role includes monitoring system integration, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support operational and system performance to achieve a high level of operational efficiency across all departments in the DC
• Track updates and changes for Warehouse Management, Control Systems, and other related tools
• Train the logistics team on how to use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively and efficiently
• Communicate change requests between the logistics teams and the management
• Share system updates with the teams, check their implementation, and ensure everything functions as expected
• Respond promptly to system issues, provide status updates, and implement solutions
• Make sure routines are implemented and followed correctly
• Ensure compliance with product safety local regulations and sustainability standards
• Assist with system updates and operational needs

The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for working with IT systems and a quick ability to learn, combined with proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to incident management. Additionally, you possess strong communication and coordination skills, and are adaptable and open to change.

What you need to succeed:

• Relevant previous experience in a similar role in a logistics environment
• Experience in working with technology systems within a DC setting, particularly with SAP and logistics processes, is considered a strong asset
• Proficient in both Romanian and English
• Ability to learn system updates quickly and share knowledge effectively
• Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to foster collaboration, engage stakeholders, and motivate and mobilize teams to achieve common goals
• Self-aware, with an understanding your impact on others and the business

This role is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible with direct reporting to the DC Manager. The work location is Ploiesti, Romania.
