Responsibilities
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
CAMA Team Member - Cylinder Auditor (Ontario Region)- Physical/System/Book Audits and related to: paper count, system scan count along with arrangement with the customer directly or through AE
- TPRs reconciliation and verification (paper trail or onsite audit) Blackhole Recovery's
- Customer Negative Balance Adjustments, reconciliation and or onsite audits
- AR Issues/Inquiries and possible onsite audit resolution
- Transfers / Bad Debt as well Bad Debt onsite audits
- Cylinder Draw Downs, reconciliation as well as onsite audit verification
- Balance Adjustments, post audit reconciliation in the fresh client, barcode moves from old to new sites
- Tracking measuring and charting all results along with preparing paper work for approval for any cylinder balance corrections.
- Depot audits and coordinating audits with AE/ISR
- Distributor reconciliation / audits on request as per Sales Managers
- Meeting with various teams regularly to update and improve processes
- Work directly with regional asset supervisor for regional cylinder requirements

- Diploma - Highschool or Post secondary diploma preferably with relevant experience in inventory management and/or supply chain management
- Knowledge - computer knowledge, (Google Sheet/Excel), oral and written communications skills, numerical skills
- Experience - Entry level position
