THE WORK:

• Align and analyze business requirements with the client.

• Design and configure/implement business processes using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

• Provide analytical or development support to clients and the programming team.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Active student and availability immediately for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours over the next 6 months.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and databases.

• For development path: Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (preferred languages: JavaScript/Java)/ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS programming.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience or familiarity working with Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM systems.

• Fundamental knowledge of marketing.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and related tools (Jira/Azure DevOps or similar).
