Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for our SaaS Product. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion through our product thus contributing to the growth of our PLG motion.

Your responsibilities:

  • Help define and execute the company’s product-led growth strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives and vision.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, from conception to execution

  • Conduct extensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

  • Design and oversee user experiments to optimize product features, user journeys, and related metrics.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts and consistent user experience.

  • Develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, establishing annual growth goals.

  • Develop, pitch, and execute comprehensive monetization strategies, including optimizing pricing models and packaging.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in growth-focused teams.

  • Strong background in data analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and tactics in a SaaS environment.

  • Excellent understanding of user behavior analytics and customer journey optimization.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent job experience; MBA is a plus.

  • Knowledge of freemium models, self-service experiences, and in-product growth tactics
