Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Security Manager, you will be responsible to drive the safety and security culture across the organization, contributing to Business progress. You will always meet the countries’ local legislation, lead, act and manage according to company’s procedures, standards, and policies. You identify and analyze the risks that can occur to the company, its employees and customers, implementing corrective measures to prevent and minimize incidents and accidents.
You will:
- Conduct risk analysis and risk management, minimizing disruptions to the business operation.
- Ensure that global policies and guidelines are aligned with the local legislation.
- Good understanding and able to handle crisis management, as major active part of the crisis group and conduct yearly crisis training to the relevant people.
- Initiate, implement and follow up on safety and security standards throughout the sales organization.
- Coordinate with the Regional team to make sure all the members receive the global security training and all relevant security information.
- Plan and purchase security services and global technical solutions based on our standards.
- Create, implement, maintain, and follow up a systematic Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage in Physical and Online Channels. Utilize, organize, and follow up on external Security partners and their performance. Conduct fraudulent investigations and represent the company towards authorities.
- Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plans.
- Analyse the shrinkage results and follow up that the KPIs are reached based on the set targets.
- Make sure that information security awareness is reached to your organisation.
- Drive improvement and innovation projects

- Experience on similar position and/or university degree in Security area
- Good understanding and knowledge of the security and safety culture of the company and countries’ local legislation.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Cross collaboration way of working, engaging colleagues towards the safety and security vision.
- Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written, fluent knowledge of Bulgarian.

This is a full-time position, responsible for Bulgaria, Albania & Kosovo based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Security Manager BG/AL/XK will report to the Security Manager for Sales Market Greece.
