We are expanding the Enterprise Application Integration Center within IT of the A1 Ordering Squad Competence Delivery Center. Be part of this exciting journey! 

Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Define, prioritize, and communicate a clear strategic vision for your squad’s IT systems, aligning goals with stakeholders and other teams.

• Lead and deliver results of key initiatives within the ordering systems, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and budgetary requirements across diverse markets.

• Manage, guide, and support a geographically distributed team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across borders and cultures to achieve unified objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across countries to align objectives, communicate progress, and drive project success.

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the ordering process and user experience, considering the needs of multi-country operations.

• Act as a champion for agile methodologies, driving their adoption and refinement within the team across different regions.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and prioritised according to business needs and stakeholder input.

• Support budgeting and financial processes, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and financial guidelines.

What makes you unique

• A strong IT background - previous experience as a product owner, project manager, or team lead, as well as relevant certifications, are definitely a plus.

• Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals.

• Expertise in managing the full development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and continuous enhancement.

• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, with a deep understanding of ordering systems and the respective technical and business processes.

• In-depth knowledge of application development, with an understanding of cloud-native design, scalability, security, and performance optimisation.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent collaboration skills, enabling effective work across departments to align development efforts with business goals.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, driving innovation and improvements.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them to enhance user engagement and platform performance.

• Fluency in English; any other A1 Group language is an asset.

• Willingness to frequently travel within A1 Group’s footprint.
