We are looking for an IT Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to manage and scale our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency.
- Plan IT budgets and control costs effectively.
- Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and respond to security breaches.
- Ensure IT systems comply with legal, security, and operational requirements.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure timely procurement, upgrades, and disposal of IT equipment.
- Conduct IT audits and risk assessments regularly.
- Develop policies for IT governance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols.
- Experience with IT budgeting and cost management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
