DXC Technology Security Services organization provides security service operations to DXC's outsourcing customers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CyberArk privileged access management (PAM) integrations with various enterprise systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and Run&Maintain operations of the CyberArk components.


Daily challenges

CyberArk PAM Service Implementations

• Implement CyberArk PAM services, based on already approved architecture aligned with the DXC and Customer security frameworks
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and provide technical expertise throughout the integration lifecycle
• Design and implement integrations of CyberArk PAM solutions with enterprise systems, applications, and cloud environments.
• Lead the integration and optimization of CyberArk solutions within existing Customer IT infrastructures
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, and scripts to facilitate integration between CyberArk components and other IT systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SIEM solutions, ITSM)

CyberArk PAM Infrastructure support

• Security Patch Management: Apply necessary security patches to CyberArk systems to ensure continued compliance and protection
• Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client reference
• Implement security policies and procedures as defined by Risk, Audit, and IT Security teams
• Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
• Engage with stakeholders to drive service improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with support teams and CyberArk vendors if necessary
• Maintain up to date knowledge on the latest PAM technologies and industry trends related
• Provide training and technical guidance to the DXC PAM Operations support team members
• Design and implement routine tasks automation, adhering to the DXC and Customer processes
• Support the onboarding of various account types into CyberArk (Windows, Unix, Active Directory, Database, Cloud)

eXperience and skills required

• CyberArk certifications ( Defender / Sentry)
• Proven experience in implementing CyberArk PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Understanding of authentication protocols, APIs, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Engineering experience with other PAM products such as Broadcom (CA) PAM BeyondTrust PAM (PasswordSafe)
• Experience as a PAM implementation engineer
