Work you will do
As a Local Technology Support Analyst, you will support Accenture colleagues on location in Copenhagen and remotely with technology, information security and other compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
Tier 2/3, direct customer facing technical support
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or soon to be graduated
Passion and drive for customer service and technology
Excellent analytical- and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn and understand the client business issues
Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
