Work you will do

As a Local Technology Support Analyst, you will support Accenture colleagues on location in Copenhagen and remotely with technology, information security and other compliance matters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tier 2/3, direct customer facing technical support

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or soon to be graduated

  • Passion and drive for customer service and technology

  • Excellent analytical- and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the client business issues

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish

 

Technical skills

  • Windows 11 and macOS

  • Microsoft O365, incl. Teams

  • ServiceNow

  • Laptop hardware

  • Workstation Networking
