Job Description

  • Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Delivers new functionality across applications.
  • implements Security Incident Response
  • Administration, configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
  • Developing integrations.
  • Writing documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on Security Incident Response and SecOps.
  • Is ServiceNow Certified Security Incident Response Implementation Specialist.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM, Service Mapping & Security Module.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases 
  • Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
  • Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
  • Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems 
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
