Knowledge Management Tools Support

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Knowledge Management Tools Support to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Maintain and troubleshoot Information and Knowledge Management Tools (IKM Tools) and RECCEN instances as Level 2 support.
• Manage incidents and service improvements, resolving issues within the ITSM ticketing system.
• Support migration and setup of IKM Tools and RECCEN applications, including creating PowerShell scripts.
• Design and maintain SharePoint environments with relevant operating systems and SQL databases.
• Refactor SharePoint customizations to improve security, stability, and usability.
• Develop and execute test cases for new or improved features.
• Update and maintain documentation for system improvements and new features.
