At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Asset & Supply Chain Analyst to join our UniQue team.

  • Executes data entry operations for primary customers while managing and organizing databases, including creating new records and updating existing entries.
  • Ensures data quality standards by streamlining processes, supporting decision-making, and maintaining accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information.
  • Defines key financial concepts and assesses risks related to IT asset management within the NaaS framework.
  • Establishes and maintains hardware and software maintenance databases while ensuring compliance with supplier contracts through effective inventory planning and monitoring.
  • Identifies IT roles and responsibilities, ensuring team members have the resources to complete tasks within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Manages stakeholder coordination, provides project updates, gathers operational and financial data, and documents technical development procedures from start to finish.
  • Oversees IT service management using ITIL best practices by ensuring coordination, stakeholder reporting, and service optimization.
  • Conducts trend analysis on ITSM records related to NaaS services and systems to improve performance and operational efficiency.
  • Interprets technical product documentation, identifies major competitor products, and supports hardware technical architecture.
  • Provides technical resources and field support while ensuring seamless integration within IT environments.
  • Develops and analyzes logistics plans affecting production, distribution, and inventory while managing processes through prioritization and project planning.
  • Implements monitoring systems for shipments, participates in contract negotiations, and ensures compliance with service-level expectations.
  • Defines objectives for effective supply chain management while identifying inefficiencies such as waste, high costs, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Analyzes and optimizes the consumption and provision stream to improve overall supply chain performance.
