Currently we are looking for Junior Tech Support for our team, who will be responsible to support the company WEB/application developers as well as coordinating all requests received by Marketing/Management staff in relation to any technical/IT Development area.

Working shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 19:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects with designers, web/application developers and business managers, analyze queries and provide logical solutions
  • Consult with designers and developers to determine their requirements relating to the prepare and submission of design/web/database development requests
  • Manage projects linkages and data flows between the database and the website systems
  • Receive and lof all requests related to design, web and database changes in an organized and transparent manner
  • Record all requests and tasks to ensure projects tracking and timely completion as per agreed with the client
  • Organize the documentation processes and operating procedures
  • Perform regular review and analysis of data communication processes and workflow optimization
  • Manage admin requests such as pulling reports from database systems, changing database password/access rights, delete old account and create new ones
  • Perform testing of the validity and logic of new components as well as the whole database/web systems
  • Educate staff regarding changes and train them to work with new/upgraded systems
  • Complete any other task assigned by the manager
