IT Service Change Coordinator

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Service Change Coordinator to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Providing status reports for implemented IT service changes to senior management.
• Implementing routine changes in a live IT service environment.
• Generating schedule and time estimates for IT service changes.
• Participating in analysing the risks, costs and benefits of proposed IT service changes.
• Documenting the procedures and changes made in IT service.
• Developing, documents and implements changes based on requests for change.
• Applying tools, techniques and processes to manage and report on change requests.
• Using standard techniques to elicit, specify, and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
• Assisting in the definition and management of requirements.
• Risk management
• Undertaking basic risk management activities.
• Maintaining documentation of risks, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation actions.
