Job Description

• Defines and implements talent development strategy;

• Develops tools and occasions for key talent development within the organization: accelerated development programs, learning & evaluaton solutions, coaching and mentoring support;

• Ensures individual development planning for key positions and top talents: drives development of plans, ensures quality, controls execution, ensures needed investment and support, provides consultation to employees and managers;

• Owns succession benches, acts as an advisor for management in succession and people development issues;

• Drives and supports learning and development culture within the organization: manages stakeholders, recognizes role models, engages managers, mentors, coaches, trainers inside and outside the organization;

• Designs and implements change management initiatives;

• Applies deep market understanding and business insights for anticipating capability gap, and makes plans accordingly;

• Ensures awareness and attractiveness of internal and external talent-related programs;

• Designs and implements inclusion strategy and activities;

• Builds proactive communication campaigns for internal communication, to support culture transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or talent development

• University degree

• Experience in running succession planning process and talent development programs

• Excellent English language skills

• Collaborative and willing to work closely with the business

• Confident presenter and skilled facilitator

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent team player

• Analytical, responsible and reliable
