Daily challenges
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks
- Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts.
- Address basic employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks.
- Maintain and update HR records and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities.

Excellent French & English Language
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Experience as HRBP
