Overview of the role: We are looking for a HR Operations Partner - Maternity Cover to join our dynamic HR Operations team in our Bulgaria service office. The HR Operations team plays a key role in ensuring all employees receive an efficient, professional, and best-in-class service.
Working closely with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team the Operations Partner is responsible for HR administration and is the first point of contact for policies, procedures, and HR system queries. Serve as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures

What you’ll do:
Part of the Global Hub HR Operations Team, you will provide administrative support within the HR Operations Bulgaria team and you will be responsible for:
Preparing labour contracts & offers, annexes, and termination paperwork, setting up background checks;
Onboarding process and organization of first-day paper documentation;
Supporting the relocation of people into the business;
Form an understanding of Flutter International policies and processes
Provide first-line support for Bulgaria-related employee queries
Supporting people's requests for documents such as employment verifications, internally and externally, as well as, maintaining electronic HR data for new and existing employees;
Monitor the completion of employee queries end-to-end, continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and services, whether location or process-specific.
Provide support to specific HR-led projects and/or initiatives as cascaded down from Global HR Operations management.
Collaborate with other Global HR Operations Partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience whilst maintaining compliance with Flutter standards and business expectations.
Build knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices, applying this to improve the future delivery of services.
Monitor progress against SLAs and delivery against agreed scope, performance, and timelines.

Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, handling confidential information and sensitive data.
A detail-oriented person with a quality focus, a self-starter, and able to plan and organize your work effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems as required.
Creative thinker who can innovate current processes and enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred).
