  • Coordinate the Broadridge leave policies and disability programs and financial protection benefits and is the liaison or vendor manager with the company’s outsourced vendors according to plan guidelines, federal and state regulation, and established company practices
  • Responsible for communication with the associate, manager, Human Resources, and/or any third-party leave administrator during the duration of an associate’s leave as needed. Act as first line of contact for research and resolution of escalated participant issues. Collaborate with internal and external benefits stakeholders, the HR Operations team and HR partners
  • Provide consultative services and operational support for leave administration including but not limited to policy interpretation, associate inquiries, and communications
  • Work with outsourced vendors and Broadridge Payroll to ensure salary continuation and third party off-sets are accurately applied
  • Responsible to maintaining related process workflows and standard operating procedures, while looking for ongoing process improvement opportunities
  • Remain current on related local, state, and federal law changes as they relate to time off, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Complete and support leave related-compliance activities and reporting
  • Provide support for project management of department projects and activities, as needed
