Responsibilities
To collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and leverage data analysis to optimize the recruitment process and improve key metrics.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment best practices and emerging trends
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong proficiency in maintaining and analyzing recruitment matrices to track hiring efficiency, pipeline health, and overall TA performance
