We seek a Patient Journey Partner (Oncology) at Roche Pharma Romania.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary: Identifies, defines, and implements solutions to drive better outcomes for patients based on needs and opportunities determined i.e. disease awareness, science, and knowledge, strengthen patient relationships and brand image | Builds and maintains collaborative, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, removes roadblocks, and unlocks possibilities that can deliver value for patients and communities. Works with stakeholders in the ecosystem to identify patient needs and develop new opportunities for specific disease areas whilst tapping into internal expertise and bringing the outside in to ensure a great experience with our products and services, to the stakeholders in the ecosystem.
The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the center of the new Roche organization, directly accountable for delivering better outcomes for patients, their community, the ecosystem, and the organization, faster. The PJP is an empowered employee and the local face of Roche to customers. She or he partners closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey (in a given therapeutic or disease area), gaining a deep understanding of their needs to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.
In addition, your main responsibilities will be:
- You act as a trusted partner and will be the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche involved in the patient journey.
- As the local face of Roche, you focus on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. You also bring the inside out, to bring Roche expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.
- You are responsible for creating exponential impacts for patients and the community and bringing us closer to our vision.
- You partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
- By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, you act as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- You demonstrate personal purpose in improving the patient journey, as well as a strong passion to bring value and impact to the healthcare ecosystem.
- You are a true visionary, defining and embedding the strategy around creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities (coaching, consulting, ability to deeply listen, question, and understand).
- You demonstrate Enterprise level, beyond boundaries and border thinking, to bring the best possible outcomes to both the local health environment and more broadly, across Roche globally.
- You are a system thinker and a deep listener.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and organizations are required. Experience partnering with PAGs would be a strong plus.
