Responsibilities

A new area within Accenture Hungary is Industry X, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries.

In your role within the Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries. You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related service value chains.

What will be your responsibility:

As an intern or early-career professional, you’ll have the opportunity to actively support the development and simulation of high-voltage (HV) battery systems, modules, and cells for the next generation of electric vehicles.

Depending on your interests and background, you’ll contribute to one or more of the following areas:

Design & Development:

  • Assist in creating new concepts and detailed designs for battery components using CAD tools (e.g. CATIA, NX)
  • Help with 3D/2D designs and support requirement definition based on function, standards, cost, and weight
  • Contribute to technical validations (e.g. DFMEA, FTA) and interface coordination

Simulation & Analysis:

  • Support the development and optimization of simulation models for fluid flow (CFD), structural mechanics (FEM), or electrical performance (e.g. MATLAB Simulink, Simscape)
  • Help integrate new simulation methods into existing tools
  • Assist with validation, troubleshooting, and benchmarking of simulation res

Requirements Engineer:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand system needs and gather technical inputs
  • Help translate those needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Support requirement validation and track changes throughout the development process

Required skills:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of at least one CAD tool (CATIA, NX) OR simulation tool (StarCCM, COMSOL, ANSYS Fluent/Mechanical, Simulink, Simscape).
  • Experience in 3D/2D design OR simulation & analysis in one of the fields mentioned above.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, structured working style
  • Good communication skills in English and German
