We are looking for a VIP Trainer who will be responsible for the line management, growth and motivation of the VIP account manager team

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English written and spoken

  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Problem Solving skills 

  • Attention to details

  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding newly hired VIP account managers

  • Checking VIP Account manager day to day work 

  • Making sure VIP Account managers are setting the stage for an excellent player experience 

  • Monitoring VIP account manager performance & behaviour 

  • Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
