How you will contribute
You will:
- Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Lead a team of BI analysts and BI developers to ensure smooth reporting and develop new dashboards and reporting tools
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI Analysts and BI developers in the area of Supply Chain.
Provide guidance on technical skills, data analysis methodologies, and best practices.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.
BI Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI requirements.
Contribute to the development and execution of the BI strategy.
Identify opportunities to leverage BI to improve business performance. Ensure continuous improvement attitude and product mindset approach. Always asking why we are doing our job in this way and always thrive to be more efficient
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for reporting.
Technical Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
Job specific requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with at least 1+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
