Responsibilities
Our Client is an Airline that offers flights from Ireland to various destinations, including Britain, Europe, and North America.
Customer service contains a range of interactions, from booking and check-in processes to in-flight experiences and post-flight support. Effective customer service ensures passengers to feel valued and taken care at every touchpoint. Representatives are also providing booking assistance, assisting with baggage inquiries, meals and check-in support.
- Start Date: March 17th, 2025
- Work Schedule:
- 4x2 or 5x2 shift pattern
- Shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Schedule is prepared three months in advance
- Training & Onboarding:
- 1 month of training (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- 1 month of nesting on shifts
