Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Customer Service Associate with English and with excellent communication skills. 

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media related to all product verticals available on the platform. 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  • Emphasize customer retention and, if necessary, proactively contact customers to enhance the brand-to-customer relationship. 
  • Record all customer interactions accurately and confidentially within the provided systems and external communications. 
  • Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. 

Qualifications

  • Are fluent in English. 
  • Are available to work on shifts, including late hours and night shifts. 
  • Have excellent communication and multitasking skills. 
  • Possess strong computer literacy.
