Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries by phone and email.
- Provide customers with advice and information regarding clients' products and services.
- Understand customers' needs in order to deliver the best solution possible and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneuously in order to update e-records.
- Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (C1 level).
- Good command in English (B2 level).
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
