Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Portfolio Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional services in an agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of services meets or exceeds client expectations. Identify opportunities for growth within the portfolio.
• Agile SDLC Oversight: Collaborate with agile development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Facilitate communication between clients and development teams.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for client accounts, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals in a complex matrixed corporate environment.
•Financial Management: Manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure profitability and growth of client accounts.
Skills required:
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
