Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Collections Support Processor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring timely collections. Your day-to-day activities will include communicating with clients, processing payments, and resolving billing issues. You must have an Expert level proficiency in Client Relationship Management.
Manage client relationships and ensure timely collections.
Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections processes.

Job Qualifications
English language mandatory minimum C1
German Language mandatory minimum C1

High accuracy and focus on details

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of Excel and Word

Financial background desirable

Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
