Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

· Tracking and managing requests related to business orders to the company and providing information to corporate clients;

· Resolving and investigating various cases related to deliveries, invoices, and payments, and providing feedback to corporate clients via email;

· Updating order statuses, submitting, and tracking requests through internal systems;

· Working with specialized internal software with comprehensive onboarding training provided.

Job Requirements:

· Fluency in German (C1);

· Good level of English (B2);

· Good computer literacy: MS Office;

· Previous experience in administrative tasks would be considered an advantage but is not a must;
