What would you do?
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Provide consultation on customer’s digital journey and digital transformation by filling the gap between various functions, i.e. technology, design, operations.
Work on a variety of projects across industries, solving complex problems to enhance the digital customer experience.
Use ambiguity and uncertainty to your advantage to generate innovative outcomes while experimenting with new technologies and methods.
Use the most relevant management strategies to transform digital experiences and coordinate between different stakeholders such as the client (for example product owner), systems representatives, development team, ecosystem partners, etc.
Work in agile projects with other analysts, scrum masters and product managers while utilizing different agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe.
Learn about the latest trends in digital experience and apply them to our clients. Apply generative AI tools to boost your productivity and bring innovation to your way of working.
Share your knowledge and experience within the team and our internal agile community.

Who are you?
You have recently graduated with a relevant bachelor’s or master's degree and / or will receive your degree within one year of applying.
You can start at Accenture in late summer/autumn 2025.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
