Responsible for the effective management of the administration and reporting tasks associated with the Service Delivery Function.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring renewals, repricing and change orders are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring disco requests are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Including raising tasks to the teams that will remove the service and cease expenses.
  • Produce and manage reports to assist the Senior Manager to accurately forecast revenue.
  • Produce and manage reports to ensure the Service Delivery team complete accurate and timely information into the delivery system.
  • Ensuring reporting dashboards are cleared of all errors and jeopardies and attend weekly review calls.

Other responsibilities:

  • Personal development - update relevant knowledge and skills in line with trends and developments in the field.
  • Support the management and development of the company by taking part in business planning and work in liaison with other teams.
  • Comply with departmental and corporate controls and procedures and all internal control processes.
  • Possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct self with the greatest degree of professional integrity.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate by Line Manager/Director.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with demonstrable achievements in an administrative environment.
  • Planning & Organising:  Proven ability to establish a course of action, acquire resources and deploy them effectively.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment and ensure effective delivery of priorities to meet targets and objectives.
  • Responsibility: Proven ability to work without direct supervision and to solve problems using own initiative.
  • Communication: Proven ability to provide effective and timely communication to customers and project teams. Proven ability to impart information clearly and concisely at executive level both by verbal presentation and written reports.
